Thor has been working as a professional guide for close to twenty years. He started out as a hiking guide, mainly leading treks and hiking tours through some of Iceland’s most remote areas. Today he has expanded his guiding skills to include private touring for guests interested in experiencing and seeing the best that Iceland has to offer.
Raised in the Westman Islands, the outdoors has always played a big role in his life. He is always on the go, and some of his favorite activities include running, hiking, cycling and kayaking. He is very knowledgeable about Icelandic flora and fauna and will gladly share that knowledge with you.
